Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-myung is free to run in upcoming presidential elections South Korea. An appeals court has overturned a previous ruling against him which would have blocked his name from being on the ballot. Lee is the front-runner in polls for a potential upcoming snap election should the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol be upheld.
