The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday, March 30 that three weather systems—a low-pressure area (LPA), easterlies, and the northeasterly wind flow—will bring cloudy and rainy conditions to various parts of the country over the next 24 hours.
