#FoodFusion #blueband #digitalammi br Golden, crispy, and oozing with chicken lachha and cheese —Lachha Chicken Cheese Paratha is the perfect blend of spice, flavor, and indulgence. #FoodFusion #blueband #happycookingtoyou #digitalammi br Recipe in English: br br Ingredients: br -Cooking oil 1 tbs br -Blue band margarine 2 tbs br -Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3-4 br -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tsp br -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium br -Chicken boiled & shredded 500g br -Chicken yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup br -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tbs br -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp br -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp br -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp br -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste br -Lemon juice 1 tbs br -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs br -Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese grated 100g br -Fine atta (Fine flour) sifted 3 Cups br -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste br -Blue band margarine 1 & ½ tbs br -Warm water 1 Cup or as required br -Cooking oil ½ tbs br -Blue band margarine ½ tbs br -Blue band margarine 1 tsp br br Directions: br -In a wok,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt. br -Add green chillies,cumin seeds,mix well & cook for a minute. br -Add onion,mix well & cook on medium flame until onions are translucent. br -Add chicken,chicken stock,kashmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,red crushed chilli,pink salt,lemon juice,fresh coriander,mix well & cook on high flame until it dries up. br -Let it cool. br -Add cheddar & mozzarella cheese,mix well & set aside. br -In a bowl,add fine flour,pink salt,margarine & mix well until it crumbles. br -Gradually add warm water & knead until dough is formed,grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes. br -Grease hand with oil & knead dough again until smooth. br -Take a dough (100g) & make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. br -Add prepared filling (2-3 tbs) & fold all sides to seal the filling & prick with toothpick. br -Sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin & prick with the help of fork. br -Heat griddle,add cooking oil,margarine,let it melt & fry paratha from both sides until done with margarine (makes 6).
