Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has called for a collective Asean response to the United States' tariff measures, stressing the importance of regional unity on economic issues.br br Speaking at the Finance Ministry’s monthly assembly on Monday (April 14), Anwar, who is also Finance Minister, said while Asean cannot control global conflicts such as the Russia-Ukraine war or U.S.-China economic tensions, it must act decisively on matters within its reach.
