A visiting cross-party delegation group from New Zealand has expressed a desire to collaborate across multiple industries, namely space technology and geothermal energy. The delegation's leader Stuart Smith says his country has the world's third largest fleet of satellite rocket launchers. He adds that New Zealand also values freedom of navigation, mentioning that it recently sent a naval vessel through Taiwan Strait.
