Follow along with our step-by-step video to create delicious Zarda with Olper’s Tarrka, that’s sure to make your occasions extra special. #FoodFusion#happycookingtoyou#OlpersTarrka#olpers#DigitalAmmi#DigitalMom​ br br 00:00​ Special Zarda br br Serves 8-10br Recipe in English:br br Ingredients:br -Hot water as requiredbr -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 4-5br -Laung (Cloves) 4-5br -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp br -Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 2 tsp or as requiredbr -Chawal (Rice) Sella 750g (soaked for 1 hour)br -Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee ½ Cupbr -Sugar 2 & ½ Cups or to tastebr -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3 br -Laung (Cloves) 3-4br -Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 2 tbsbr -Hot water 1 Cupbr -Kewra water 1 & ½ tbsbr -Olper’s Milk powder 13 Cupbr -Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) slicesbr -Badam (Almonds) boiled & peeledbr -Kishmish (Raisins)br -Pista (Pistachios) boiled & peeledbr -Khoya as requiredbr -Tutti frutti as requiredbr -Badam (Almonds) sliced br -Pista (Pistachios) boiled & peeledbr -Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) slicesbr -Cham cham mithaibr br Directions:br -In a pot,add hot water,green cardamom,cloves,salt,orange food color,mix well & bring it to boil.br -Add rice,mix well & boil until 34th done then strain & set aside.br -In a saucepan,add desi ghee,let it melt & set aside.br -In a pot,add sugar,green cardamom,cloves,desi ghee,hot water & kewra water,turn on the flame & cook on medium flame until sugar melts.br -Add boiled rice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.br -Add milk powder,dried coconut,almonds,raisins,pistachios,melted desi ghee & mix well.br -Add khoya,cover with kitchen cloth & lid & steam cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
