The Holy Mass Pro eligendo Pontifice is celebrated in St. Peter's Basilica. It is the last Mass publicly concelebrated by all the cardinals (electors and non-electors) before the election of the Pope. Such a Mass immediately precedes the Conclave and is presided over by the Dean of the Sacred College of Cardinals.
