New Delhi, May 13, 2025 (ANI): Several TMC leaders including Derek O'Brien, Santanu Sen, Saket Gokhale and other party officials appeared at Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi on May 13. They were appeared in connection with a case related to their protest outside the Election Commission of India (ECI) office in April last year. The protest had allegedly taken place despite a prohibitory order being in effect at the time. The court recently issued summons for them after taking cognizance of a charge sheet and complaint filed by the Delhi Police regarding the demonstration.
