Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced that foreigners will need to pay more for fuel under the fuel rationalisation exercise.br br He highlighted that approximately five million foreigners in Malaysia are benefiting from about RM3bil to RM4bil in fuel subsidies.
