NCR's Sia reaps 7 golds to rule swimming event in Palarobr br From one bronze only in Cebu last year, National Capital Region (NCR) tanker Titus Rafael Sia reaps seven golds at the elementary boys swimming competition on May 29, 2025 to become the most bemedalled athlete at the 65th Palarong Pambansa. Sia completed his 7-event sweep after ruling the 400m freestyle on May 29, the 50m backstroke and the 4x50m freestyle relay events in the afternoon of the same day at the Ferdinand E. Marcos Memorial Stadium. The 12-year-old from Xavier School in San Juan previously topped the 200m freestyle, 100m backstroke, 100m freestyle, and 4x50m medley relay.
