Subscription revenue rose 20 to $1.05 billion, and annual recurring revenue climbed 22 year-over-year to $4.44 billion. The company also announced a $1 billion share repurchase program. For Q2, CrowdStrike guided revenue between $1.14 billion and $1.15 billion and EPS of $0.82 to $0.84, both below estimates. The company raised full-year revenue guidance ranging from $4.74 billion to $4.81 billion and adjusted EPS ranging from $3.44 to $3.56. Shares fell 7.31 after hours.
