Seniors, PWDs can now enjoy 50 discount on train faresbr br President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. launches the 50-percent train fare discount for all senior citizens and persons with disabilities at the Metro Rail Transit-3 (MRT-3) Santolan-Annapolis Station (Southbound) in Quezon City on July 16, 2025. The fare initiative will apply across MRT-3, and Light Rail Transit Lines 1 and 2. The President also announced that three Dalian trains, which were purchased in 2014 from the Chinese firm CCRC Dalian Co. and delivered in 2016, was now operational at the MRT-3.
