Chandigarh, July 16, 2025 (ANI): The Punjab and Haryana High Court ordered the CBI to take over the investigation into the assault on Colonel Pushpinder Singh Bath. A Punjab Police officer is accused of attacking Colonel Bath outside a dhaba in Patiala on the night of March 13–14.
