Holders of Public Service Vehicle (PSV) and Goods Driving Licence (GDL) involved in serious accidents will not face immediate licence suspension, said Road Transport Department (JPJ) director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli.br br Speaking after a road safety engagement session with the Association of Lorry Operators and Express Tourism Bus Operators in Bangi, Selangor, on Thursday (July 17), Aedy said a show-cause notice will be issued first, followed by an assessment to determine if a suspension is warranted.br br He added that any suspension would be temporary and enforced for a specific term and duration.
