Senator Erwin Tulfo on Friday, July 25, acknowledged the Supreme Court’s (SC) unanimous decision declaring the articles of impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte unconstitutional, but at the same time emphasized the Senate’s constitutional role in trying impeachment cases.
