When tabling the 13th Malaysia Plan (13MP) in Parliament on Thursday (July 31), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government is targeting an annual GDP growth of 4.5 to 5.5, driven mainly by domestic demand, particularly private consumption and investment.
