Their staff are not sitting around all day and drinking coffee and eating donuts, playing computer video games while getting their pay.br br Okay, granted that some of the national securitydefence staff could be playing video games on their phones, tablets, laptops, checking online dating apps, or buying and selling stocks online while they should be earning their government pay, but that sort of thing does happen in the public and private sectors.
