Breakfast Eggs With Meatballs Recipe | Full Protein Full Mealbr br Skip the usual and start your day with juicy meatballs and perfectly cooked eggs — Breakfast Eggs with Meatballs will power up your morning like never before!br br Serves 2-3br Recipe in English:br br Ingredients:br -Beef qeema (Mince) 200gbr -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tspbr -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to tastebr -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tspbr -Makai ka atta (Maize flour) 1 tbsbr -Cooking oil ½ tbs br -Cooking oil ½ tbsbr -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 smallbr -Aloo (Potato) cubes 1 largebr -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to tastebr -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tspbr -Paprika powder ½ tspbr -Water 3-4 tbs br -Anday (Eggs) 3-4br -Cooking oil 2 tbs (hot) br -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbsbr -Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 2 clovesbr -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tspbr -Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbsbr br Directions:br -In a bowl,add beef mince,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,black pepper powder,maize flour & mix well.br -Grease hands with oil,take 10g of mixture & make balls of equal sizes. br -On greased frying pan,place prepared meatballs,turn on the flame & fry on low flame until light golden (3-4 minutes) & set aside.br -In same frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,potato,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.br -Add pink salt,cumin seeds,paprika powder & mix well.br -Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until potatoes are tender (5-6 minutes). br -Add meatballs & mix well.br -Add eggs & cook on low flame for a minute. br -In a bowl,add cooking oil,lemon juice,garlic,red chilli crushed,fresh parsley,mix well & add in frying pan,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.br -Serve with toast & tea!br br Recipe in Urdu:br br Ajza:br -Beef qeema (Mince) 200gbr -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tspbr -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to tastebr -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tspbr -Makai ka atta (Maize flour) 1 tbsbr -Cooking oil ½ tbs br -Cooking oil ½ tbsbr -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 smallbr -Aloo (Potato) cubes 1 largebr -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to tastebr -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tspbr -Paprika powder ½ tspbr -Water 3-4 tbs br -Anday (Eggs) 3-4br -Cooking oil 2 tbs (hot) br -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbsbr -Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 2 clovesbr -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tspbr -Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbsbr br Directions:br -Bowl mein beef qeema,adrak lehsan paste,pink salt,kali mirch powder aur makai ka atta dal kar achi tarah mix karein.br -Hathon ko oil sa grease karein aur 10g mixture le kar choti choti balls bana lein.br -Greased frying pan mein meatballs dal dein,chulha on karein aur halki ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (3-4 minutes) & side par rakh dein.br -Usi frying pan mein cooking oil,pyaz aur aloo dal kar mix karein aur medium flame par 2-3 minutes cook karein.br -Pink salt,zeera aur paprika powder dal kar mix karein.br -Pani dal kar mix karein aur dhak kar low flame par 5-6 minutes cook karein ya jab tak aloo soft ho jayein.br -Meatballs add karein aur mix karein.
