Following the failed assassination attempt on Akira's life, Tatsuki and Gou have been incarcerated for nine whole years. Meanwhile Akari has been enjoying high school life, until she discovers hidden abilities within her. Tatsuki is baffled by Akari’s lack of recollection of him and the past events, and to make matters worse, a new threat looms on the horizon who plans for world domination, Chinese president Jun Liu. Now Tatsuki Akiyama, Akari Hajime, Akira Yokushima, and Gou Yuzi must band together to prevent the potential outbreak of World War IV, and avert disaster.
