Chief Secretary Farley Augustine has formally declared and launched the Pan Omega Tobago Panorama competition 2025, for the October carnival. The announcement was made during a steelpan Jamboree event in Tobago in celebration of World Steelpan day. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
