Some shenanigans doing Reverse Pre Exhaust...would that be Post Exhaust??🤪 The Side or Lateral Pullovers stretch out a bunch of stuff you didn't know was tight! I'd say the Long Head of the Triceps, Teres muscles, very Upper Lats & Subscapularis get pulled out aka NO SCAR TISSUE LEFT BEHIND!! Soooooo what am l trying to accomplish aside from getting a good stretch? Knowing l don't have the endurance strength yet to do reps on BTN Pullups, l'm adding volume with the Pullovers. BTN Pullups have a more lateral line of pull, so l opted for a Pullover variation with the same. Makes sense to me, buuuuuuut time will tell, won't it??
