Noida – Panic struck Sector 31 (C Block) after the second-floor ceiling of a Noida Authority–built flat suddenly collapsed with a loud bang.br br Luckily, no family members were inside at the time. Residents said the incident could have turned into a major tragedy if anyone had been present.br br The matter falls under the Sector 20 police station’s jurisdiction.
