Recipe in the post ⬇️ @La Gaabr br It’s been a while since I made Monjayaki br There’s nothing better than enjoying it hot and taking little bites at a time ❤️‍🔥br br ✨ Mentaiko Mochi Cheese Monjayaki ✨br br 🧀 Ingredients 🧀br br Cabbage … 200–250gbr br Mentaiko (pollock roe) … 1 sacbr br Rice cake (mochi) … 1 piecebr Canned corn … 12 canbr br Tempura crisps (agedama) … 2 tbspbr br Cheese … to tastebr br Sesame oil … to tastebr br Green onions … to garnishbr br ☆ Mix together:br br Water … 300mlbr br Cake flour … 3 tbspbr br Worcestershire sauce … 1 tbspbr br Dashi powder … 1 tspbr br 🧀 How to Make 🧀br 1️⃣ Mix the ☆ ingredients well until smooth with no lumps.br 2️⃣ Add chopped cabbage, peeled mentaiko, cut-up mochi, corn, cheese, and tempura crisps to the mixture.br 3️⃣ Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté only the solid ingredients (leave the liquid aside).br 4️⃣ Shape the ingredients into a ring, creating a little “wall” in the middle.br 5️⃣ Pour the liquid mixture into the center and let it bubble.
