Several diners at a restaurant in Sungai Ara, Penang fled in panic after noticing smoke coming from the upper floor of a two-storey building on Monday (Aug 25) night.br br Penang Fire and Rescue Department assistant operations director John Sagun Francis said firefighters rushed to the scene following a distress call at 9.32pm.
