Keep a glass of water near you. 2. Close your eyes. 3. Imagine yourself in front of Allah. 4. Listen to Surah Al-Rahman. 5. When the Surah is complete, open your eyes. 6. Drink half a glass of water. 7. Close your eyes again. 8. Say "Allah" three times in your heart. 9. Then open your eyes. Drink the remaining water in three sips.
