Four small parties in Taiwan have formed a new alliance, aiming to break the country's two-party deadlock. The alliance includes the New Power Party, the Green Party Taiwan, the Taiwan Statebuilding Party and the Taiwan Obasang Political Equality Party, and is targeting next year's local elections.
