MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has told Umno Youth chief Datuk Dr Muhamad Akmal Saleh not to hold his breath, as no apology will be given to the Higher Education Ministry.br br Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday (Sept 10), Dr Wee questioned why Akmal had singled him out, stressing that he was only highlighting flaws in the public university intake system, which he said disadvantages bright students from underprivileged families.
