An ABC investigation into sexual abuse claims at a Ballarat childcare centre has prompted legal action against not-for-profit chain 'Goodstart'. The ABC has obtained detailed allegations of sexual abuse and misconduct by a worker against eight female children at a Goodstart centre in Ballarat. The accused man has revealed that for four months neither he nor Goodstart knew he'd been banned from working in education.
