GrubHub.com community manager Amy Le took the challenge for Chicago RedEye's virtual cook-off. The contestants were told a secret ingredient and then given a short amount of time to complete the task. Amy's ingredient was cherries, so she decided to turn the traditional Italian meatball sub on its head by including cherries in both the meatball and a spicy & sweet salsa that topped it, all on a delicous challah roll.
