Mayors for Good Governance (M4GG) —Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, and Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto —signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Independent Commission for Infrastructure in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, on Tuesday, Sept. 23, to consolidate efforts in investigating anomalous infrastructure projects nationwide.
