This season, Basso paid tribute to strong American women with tailored looks infused with feminine touches--what he calls 'new world glamour.' The collection featured light, flowing fabrics like silk, pleated chiffon, taffeta, and organza, adorned with handmade silk petals, scarves, evening boleros, and "summer fur" in broadtail, sable, and mink. Soft hues like mint, buttercup, and ice blue dominated the palette, alongside Basso's signature black and white. Silhouettes ranged from one-shoulder gowns to dinner dresses, wide-leg trousers, and daytime ensembles. He also showcased pieces from his Dennis by Dennis Basso line for QVC, promoting fashion for all.
