Packed with the goodness of spices, onions, tomatoes, and tamarind pulp, it’s a perfect comfort meal for seafood lovers. br br A must-try recipe if you want something flavorful, protein-rich, and effortless to cook. Perfect for busy weeknights, family dinners, or even a quick lunch fix.😊br br 🍛Here’s a tangy and flavorful Tuna Fish Curry recipe:-br ☛FOR MARINATION:-br * Tuna Fish (Cut int pieces) - 1 kgbr * Add ½ tsp Turmeric powder.br * ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder.br * ½ tsp Salt.br * ½ Lemon juice.br * Mix well.br * Set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.br br ☛FOR MASALA PASTE:-br * Take ½ bowl coriander leaves in a grinding jar.br * Add 1 roughly sliced onion.br * 2 Green chillies - cut into two.br * 8-10 whole black peppercorns.br * ½ tsp cumin seeds.br * 4 tbsp water.br * Grind it.br * Our Masala Paste is ready.br br ☛FOR FRIED FISH:-br * Heat 4-5 tbsp oil in a frying pan.br * Add the marinated fish to the pan.br * Fry the fish pieces on medium flame for 5 minutes.br * Flip & fry the fish pieces on medium flame for 3 minutes.br * Take it out in a plate & keep it aside for further use.br br ⬗Method:-br * Heat the same oil in a kadai(WOK) in which we fried the fish pieces.br * Add 10-15 fenugreek seeds, ½ tsp cumin seeds & 8-10 curry leaves. Fry them well.br * Add 1 finely chopped onion & fry them until they turn light brown in colour.br * Add 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste. Mix & cook well.br * Add the masala paste. Stir & cook well.br * Wash the grinding jar in which we made the masala paste & pour that water into the kadai. Stir & cook well.br * Now add 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, ½ tsp Cumin powder & ¼ tsp Black pepper powder. Mix & cook well.br * Add 1.5 Glass of hot water. Stir well.br * Add ½ tsp Salt. Stir & mix well.br * Close the lid & let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.br * Open the lid after 5 minutes. Stir & mix well.br * Add 3 tomatoes puree. Mix & cook well.br * Add 1 green chilli - Slit in centre. stir & cook wellbr * Close the lid & let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.br * Open the lid after 5 minutes. Stir & mix well.br * Add 4 tbsp tamarind pulp & ¼ tsp Garam masala. Stir, mix & cook wellbr * Add the fried fish pieces & some chopped coriander leaves. Stir & mix well.br * Close the lid & let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.br * Open the lid after 5 minutes.
