The Yankees’ third baseman ran a long way to not only track down a high, arcing pop-up from Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran, but he hung onto the ball after tumbling over the third-base dugout for the second out of the eighth inning.br br McMahon ran 75 feet — per ESPN — to track the ball down in front of the dugout railing before somersaulting into the Boston bench. Thankfully, for the Yankees’ sake, McMahon was OK and remained in the game after making the Gold Glove-caliber play.
