Jeremy Spencer — Jeremy Spencer 1970 (UK, Rock & Roll, Blues Rock)br br Jeremy Cedric Spencer is an English musician, former guitaristvocalist for Fleetwood Mac (1967-1971), and a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee. His debut solo album is a collection of blues and rock and roll parodies.Jeremy's solo debut feels like a toss off that the Mac recorded on some studio downtime. All the members play here although Peter Green only appears on one track. It's mostly all tongue in cheek 50s pastiche as Spencer seemed to be obsessed with it around this time. There is also a blues number (naturally) among other things. 9 of these songs are originals while the rest are covers. It's ok but doesn't have any weight as it sounds like the band is just being silly and not taking anything here seriously. Not sure why they even bothered but it does have some fun and charm to it.br br Tracks:br br 01. Linda - 0:00br br 02. The Shape I'm In - 2:24br br 03. Mean Blues (Sic) - 4:33br br 04.
