It is expected that Century Mirai's RERA authorization would be obtained by the end of October 2025. Century Real Estate, the builder, has a history of delivering projects on schedule. The project has submitted every required document for clearance in order to comply with Indian legislation. The pre-launch phase of the project currently has underway.
