CV Joint Motion Analysis in SolidWorks _ Reverse Engineering & Kinematic Study

In this video, I present a CV (Constant Velocity) Joint modeled in SolidWorks using reverse engineering from a real component.br The objective was to demonstrate motion analysis — showing how the balls move within the grooves during angular articulation and torque transfer.br br This project focuses on kinematic simulation rather than detailed manufacturing design. Achieving a truly constant velocity requires deep mechanical engineering precision and specialized manufacturing expertise, which goes beyond this study.br br Through SolidWorks Motion Analysis, I explored how simulation tools visualize mechanical motion, handle contact relationships, and maintain realistic part behavior.
