Super Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-wong) made landfall over Dinalungan, Aurora at around 9:10 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 9, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
