Youth, advocacy groups back DOH 'total ban on vape'br br Youth and advocacy groups, led by The Philippine Smoke-Free Movement and anti-tobacco coalitions, support the Department of Health's 'total ban on vape' during a press conference in Quezon City on Nov. 27, 2025. They called on the government to realign its policies with stronger public health protections after COP11. Youth Advocates demanded decisive government action towards tobacco and nicotine-free future.
