These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.br br In two days, I managed to dig up some more of the organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and other collaborators for collection and later sharing to the other international groups and their other allied groups, and their global members from everywhere. The next weekend online and offline meetings with my group associates is approaching and I need some more uniformed and civilian gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators to pass along to all of the others, from everywhere. br br The white SUV in that building parking lot is a perp vehicle based on its perpy behavior. It did a staged same time entry or exit just as I arrived to high light beam the perp driver with some brightening. I even recorded the white gangstalking perp SUV loitering for some time before driving away like a non perp would do. That hesitation was the perp driver sending off a phone text message to the gangstalking perp handler who is hiding somewhere else nearby. The handler let that white SUV driver get all of the impending internet fame because my associates and I never let any perps go. br br Another obvious gangstalking perpetrator was the black bald guy loitering around and roaming around the Shell gas station store. He just would not leave and get his business done like a normal non perp. The bald black guy was just walking around in circles in the Shell store. He even approach me and kept on babbling some incoherent gay homosexual gibberish as I gave him a "Fuck Off and go away" stare. You can even see him put on some sunglasses from a store display rack, at night time. I don't even think he paid for those sunglasses when he walked out of the doors? I even heard his mentioned he was getting something from the store for some other guy who was not in the store. That other outside guy would be the gangstalking perp handler. br br The other gangstalking perp was in the dark colour car that was parked to my left side in the Esso711 gas station store parking lot towards the end of this video. I even got a look of the driver's face. That clueless gangstalking perp does not even realized that I had taken some night vision photographs of his car loitering and driving donuts in some other building parking lot at another location and time. That was night time as well as this other encounter. Retard perp in the dark blue car has no idea he has already been made and share internationally. I was standing next to him and he is clueless. br br The other international group associates and my own societal factions of governmentcorporation official and politician friends will expect me to pass along some interesting videos and photographs to all of them soon.
