U.S. holiday shoppers hit a record 202.9 million over Thanksgiving–Cyber Monday, far above forecasts and the highest since NRF began tracking in 2017. Adobe reported $44.2 billion in online spending, including a $14.25 billion Cyber Monday. Deep discounts drove shoppers to complete roughly half of their holiday purchases during the five-day period.
