I am a real estate agent in the state of New York.br br It’s time for another Berger Point!br br And it’s a beautiful afternoon here in the Hudson Valley.br br I just wanted to tell you a little bit tidbits about how I look at buyers and sellers.br br br br First of all, as a buyer or a seller, you’re in control of the real estate agent.br br Your feedback is important to the real estate agent.br br br br However, I always say, you’re the boss and I could be fired.br br br br We go on that premise because sometimes things don’t work out between realtors and clients and you really have to set it straight.br br br br Just always remember, I work for you. br br One of the things that I’ve always told my clients is that I will work as fast or as slow or in between as you want me to.br br Since some people need to go through that buying process and or selling process emotionally,physically.br br What’s important too when a seller, this is paramount, when you actually sell your house and you have a closing date, you have to have a place to go.br br br br That makes the process so much easier.br br And conversely, when that’s on the buyer, as long as they have a place to go, when they close, that’s the best plan to have.br br That takes all the emotions down just a notch to help people.br br And I also wanted to show you, too, my poison ivy.br br It’s pretty much all gone, so I’ll just keep working at it. to get rid of it allbr br That’s the Berger Point for today.br br ***br br Just a quick story about my hat. br br Today you can see I’m wearing a Ted Lasso hat my daughter bought that for me on father’s day.br br It’s remarkable how many people see the B-E-L-I-E-V-E sign — which if you watch Ted Lasso on Apple TV you will see that.br br I was actually on a plane and a teenager said to her mom, “Hey, mom, this guy has a Ted Lasso hat on!”br br It was pretty special.br br So anyway, remember, the buyer’s in control, the seller’s in control of the real estate agent, not the other way around.br br All right, have a good day.br br ---------------------------br br Hello!
