Storm Bram makes presence felt in south Wales

The south Wales town of Porthcawl is among many coastal communities across the UK feeling the effects of Storm Bram. The Met Office has issued several "danger to life" weather warnings for rain and wind in parts of Scotland, Wales and south-west England. Transport for Wales says a railway line has been shut, whilst fewer trains are able to run on other lines, due to heavy rain flooding. There were 62 flood alerts in Wales on Tuesday morning, and dozens of homes have been left without power. Report by Jonesia.
