A Shah Alam Sessions Court fined a 33-year-old foreign security guard RM40,000 on Wednesday (Dec 10) for abusing a cat.br br Judge Nor Hasniah Ab Razak issued the sentence after Arman Shah pleaded guilty to abusing the cat at an apartment in Kota Kemuning on November 15.
