11 Michelin picks in Cebu receive plaquesbr br Eleven out of 18 Cebu-based restaurants recognized by the Michelin Guide receive their plaques on Dec.13, 2025 in Cebu City, following the announcement last Oct. 30. Tourism Secretary Christina Frasco will visit the remaining seven establishments for a food run to present their plaques on-site. The six Bib Gourmand honorees—recognized for serving exceptional food at reasonable prices—include Abaseria Deli & Cafe, CUR8, Esmen, Lasa, Pares Batchoy Food House, and The Pig & Palm. Twelve Cebu-based restaurants made it to the Michelin Selected 2026 list, celebrated for quality cuisine and noteworthy dining experiences. These are Abli, ATO-AH, COCO, DIP, Enye by Chele Gonzalez, House of Lechon, Soba Kamakura, Maya, Lantaw (Compostela), Pares Pares (N. Escario St.), Sialo, and Socarrat.
