May 9 Arson Cases Verdict | PTI Leaders Yasmin Rashid, Mehmood Rasheed Get 10 Years Jail

šŸ“ Video Description (SEO Friendly)br br Two more verdicts have been announced in the May 9 arson and violence cases by the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore inside Kot Lakhpat Jail.br br ATC Judge Arshad Javed sentenced senior PTI leaders Dr. Yasmin Rashid, Umar Sarfaraz Cheema, Mian Mehmood Rasheed and Ejaz Chaudhry to 10 years imprisonment each in two separate cases related to burning police vehicles in Gulberg and setting containers on fire at Kalma Chowk during the May 9 protests.br br In the Gulberg police vehicle burning case, 29 accused were tried — 7 were convicted while 22 were acquitted, whereas Mian Aslam Iqbal and others were declared proclaimed offenders.br br In the Kalma Chowk container burning case, 4 PTI leaders and 16 workers were convicted, while 12 accused including Mian Aslam Iqbal were declared absconders.
