The High Court has found former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak guilty on three charges linked to the 1MDB case. br br Presiding judge Justice Collin Lawrence Sequerah ruled that the prosecution had proven its case beyond a reasonable doubt, convicting Najib on two counts of criminal breach of trust involving misappropriated 1MDB funds and one count of abusing his position to obtain gratification.
