Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has confirmed that he is stepping down as Perikatan Nasional chief.br br In a short statement issued on Tuesday (Dec 30), Muhyiddin, who is also the Bersatu President, said that he will resign from his post as chairman of Perikatan on Jan 1, 2026.
