I wanted to make a music vid with fallout but couldn't think of a way to do it. Then my media player started playing creep and I got the idea to make something in homage to one of my favorite songs. I thought it would be pretty funny. Made me laugh. I also got to test some stuff I've never seriously messed with on Windows Movie Maker.
