Ingredientsbr 1 tbsp cooking oilbr 2 green chillies finely choppedbr 1 inch piece of ginger finely choppedbr 2 cups potatoes peeled and dicedbr 12 cup fresh methi sun dried and washedbr 1 tsp turmeric powderbr 1 tsp turmeric powderbr Iodized salt to tastebr 1 tbsp coriander powderbr 1 tbsp Nutrilite Protein Powderbr 14 cup Perfect drinking waterbr br Stepsbr 1. Turn the heat on mediumbr 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick panbr 3. Stir fry green chillies and ginger for a minutebr 4. Add the potatoes and coat them with oilbr 5. Add the dried methi br 6. Season the vegetable with turmeric powder, red chillie powder, salt and coriander powderbr 7. Mi all the ingredients wellbr 8. Cook the vegetable covered for 5 min on low heatbr 9. Add 1 tbsp Nutrilite protein powder and mix it in the potatoesbr 10. Cook the vegetable covered for 5 min on low heatbr 11. Add 14 cup perfect drinking waterbr 12. Cook the vegetable covered on low heat till donebr 13.
