The lack of credit available to buyers remains a big deterrent to M&A. But the inflated price expectations of many sellers is as big obstacle, says Joseph Berkery, founder of the investment bank Berkery Noyes. In this edition of Inside the Deal, Berkery says "Prices are back to normal." The problem is that seller opinions of what their businesses are worth haven't adjusted to reflect that.
